467888 - Window title does not reflect the current tab when messages are selected

When we select a folder tab (or lightning/tasks) we currently get the window title set to that of the folder.

When we select a message tab, the window title gets set to the folder it was in. This could be intentional, though what I do see at the moment is that when we change tab, the window title flickers briefly to the message title, then back to the folder that tab was in.

Therefore, if we want to show just the message title (which IMHO is the right thing to do), we should fix it, if we do want to show the folder title, then we should fix the flicker so that folks don't think its a bug.

Agreed, tab title and window title should match up.

Marking as blocking, because this hurts usability in various OS-specific ways: in the Window menu on mac, and icons and similar affordances elsewhere.
