User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: <ozilla Thundrbird version 3.0b1 Importing Addresses leaves quite a bit of information out. E.G. spouse's name, children's names. Confuses some field names with others e.g. puts department and Office location with the work address although these fields may have nothing to do with the work address as they are used in Outlook to provide grouping selection. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.import addresses from MS Outlook 2. 3. Expected Results: Thunderbird should provide the same field titles that outlook uses and not omit empty entries. E.g. if the Outlook card has no entry for an Home address that Title should nevertheless appear in Thunderbird but with no content. Provide a complete image of the Outlook data as some vital information is being left behind and on has to use both Outlook and Thunderbird at the same time to get the full data.
kurt, did this work with Thunderbird 2?
(In reply to comment #1) > kurt, did this work with Thunderbird 2? It has not worked properly in any versions of Thunderbird. Please see my latest bug report 471141 for associated problems as updating of addressees does not work when more than one identical addresses appear in several different list or groups.
