All other graphical elements in the Mac theme are black on a grey background.  The "Open a new tab" button is blue, and does not look right.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at icon in tab bar.
Actual Results:  
Button is blue.

Expected Results:  
Button is black.
I agree, but since bug 457651 (which is scheduled for 3.1) will change the "new tab" button again, I don't think it's worth doing that now.
