The page <http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/xml/books/books.xml> works as
intended, but some disturbing layout artifacts flicker when in-page scrollbar
arrows are manipulated in the more verbose style.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the page.
2. Click "Toggle Style".
3. Click any scrollbar arrows on any of the descriptions. (Note that
manipulating the scroller itself does not cause the artifacts).
4. Watch the topmost right-hand description flicker.

Bug confirmed also on linux 2000073009. Someone with privs change OS to all.
