47048 - MailNews window will not minimize

When using MailNews, I sometimes cannot minimize the MailNews window. If I click 
on the minimize icon, the window will minimize, but then pop up again.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla, with NS 4.x profile conversion
2. Open MailNews and select an existing message
3. Minimize all open windows, one by one

Actual Results:  If MailNews is not the only open window, it will stay minimized 
until you minimize the last open window. Then it will pop up again. If MailNews 
is the only open window, it will minimize then pop up again.				

Expected Results:  The MailNews window should have stayed minimized.						

I haven't been able to reproduce this behavior every time I use Mozilla, 
although it seems to occur more frequently when starting Mozilla for the first 
time following an install.

Another way I got this behavior (again, not every time) was by changing my 
server settings - changing the "leave messages on server" box, the "check mail 
every X minutes" box, or "automatically download new messages" box.

I was originally trying to confirm that bug 40574 (minimizing MailNews windows 
causes CPU usage to go to 100%) had resurfaced. I was able to reproduce that bug 
reliably on a nightly build from last week using the same test case as the 
original reporter described. With this build, I get the above behavior instead.
