I'm running the July 31 Mozilla nightly build on Win95. Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Minimize Mozilla; on my system, Mozilla will momentarily minimize, and then
immediately 'open' itself again.
If Mozilla was only taking up part of the screen, it 'reopens' itself to be the
same size and position as it was when minimized. If Mozilla was taking up the
whole screen ('Maximized'), it shrinks and only takes up part of the screen when
re-opened.
If there are multiple Mozilla windows open, this bug is only triggered when they
are all minimized or closed; and when this bug is triggered, the first Mozilla
window to be created is the one that is re-opened.
This might be related to Bug 45783. Feel free to contact me for more info.

Hmmm, it works now :-)
That's strange. Since restarting Mozilla 'cleanly', the bug has now disappeared.
For now, I'll close the bug, although I *know* it exists under some
circumstances (so I'll do some more guess and check work, and see if I can
pinpoint it).
