Attachment: Fix update and verify configs

I was doing some cross-checks ahead of tomorrows release and discovered a couple of issues that have crept into the configs:
* in the patcher config, the locale list for 3.0.5 was missing si & sl. We did have sl for 2.0.0.20 so we should give them the update too
* in the verify configs, we're missing sl as above, but also en-US, which is a bit WTF

Planning to generate new snippets for sl, merge them in, and do update verify for en-US and sl.
