OVERVIEW:
Crash when "Save page as" to a read-only file
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. load any URL
2. select "Save Page As..." in "File" menu
3. Choose an existing read-only file in the file dialog and click "Save"
4. An error dialog is shown saying: "Unknown error"
5. Click "OK" in the error dialog
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Crash. 100% repeatable.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
after 3. - a dialog that says "File is read-only"
DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
Mozilla nightly build 2000-07-30-20 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.
This also happens under Linux (build 2000073104) when trying to save to a file
that is not writable to the user running mozilla

This may be what Patrick was talking about, but its not only writing to files
that are read only/not writable, but directories as well. If you try to save in
a directory that is read only (not writable by you), it will crash.
