I can receive new messages, and it appears in my Inbox folder. But if I close the Rhunderbird, and reopen it, my last 3-4 new message (only the new message) will disappear. If I receive new messages, the "older" ones appear in the Inbox folder, but the latest one disappears. If I open the .../profile/local folder/inbox file, I can detect all my incoming mails, but if I open the Thunderbird, the last few new message disapper.

Do you have it set to show All mail (not just unread)?
Also check other potential causes - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Disappearing_mail

Yeah, I set my Thunderbird to show all my mails, but still some of my mails are missing. But I can read them in the inbox file, as I wrote it.

does typing the subject of the missing message in quick search or message search (edit, find, seasrch messages) show the missing message in search results?
