The size and labeling state of the icons on the toolbars in the Edit Task and Edit Event windows cannot be changed through the Customize dialog works otherwise (icons can be moves) and remembers the state. This is happening in Lightning; I don't have Sunbird installed to try.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an event or task in an edit window
2. Right-click on the toolbar, select Customize
3. In "Show:" select "Icons Only" or "Text Only" and/or check the Use Small Icons checkbox
Actual Results:  
Icons remain large and labeled, though the do seem to flash a bit when a different appearance is chosen.

Expected Results:  
Icons become small and/or unlabeled, or disappear if "Text Only" is chosen.
