I see this on all platforms for today. This bug was observed while verifying bug 45814. Go to my.netscape.com login with usrnm/passwd When the page comes up, try to minimize or close a panel. Note that this might work for the first time but does not work afterwards. Trying to close a panel also does not work. Hitting RELOAD button in the browser updates the page correctly. But this should happen automatically.
Nominating nsbeta3 because the my.netscape.com page is a high visibility site.
