In Firefox 3.1 beta 2, scripts that resize the browser windows can cause the Back button to malfunction in maximized windows.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Maximize this window.
2. Open the attachment. The window will be resized to 300*300.
3. Re-maximize the window.
4. Click Back.
At this point, Firefox is deluded into believing that the window size is 300*300, even though it is already maximized.
To fix the rendering, refresh the page.

I have noticed this on Windows 7, marking UNCONFIRMED until tested on XP/Vista.
BTW this looks like a bfcache race to me.
