47240 - Mac: Download [new helper app/save dialog] has no text

spun off from my later comments in bug 46836, bug 46313 and bug 44176. (ie, to
keep these separate downloading issues as unique bug. however, if this is a dup,
do let me know.)

tested using branch commercial bits 2000.08.01.04-m17 on Mac OS 9.0.

1. go to http://www.mozilla.org
2. in the Nightly Build section, click the Macintosh link.
3. the Download [new help app/save dialog] appears.

observe that there is *no* text at all inside the dialog --only the two
radiobuttons, an empty textfield and the cancel and ok buttons.

also, at the same time, the file downloads to the desktop, without giving any
choice from the user. (this last part might be a separate bug --you tell me. :-)

adding slew of kw's. remove the nsbeta3 kw if this gets miraculously fixed
before pr2.

I have a fix for this. On the mac, the properties and dtd files for this dialog
were not part of the build.

Fix checked into the branch. Waiting for the tip to go green before checking in
there.
