If the buttom of the window is dragged up, over the header/body split control, the split control is lost. The window must be grown again (which might not be possible if the display has been reconfigured) to regain the control

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start composing a new message.
2.Drag the address area larger.
3.Drag the window smaller -- past the address divider.
Actual Results:  
The split control is lost.

Expected Results:  
The control should always be visible -- when dragging the control down, it cannot quite reach the bottom of the window, to make sure it's always accessible, but this is not checked when making the window shorter.

You should find this fixed on nightly builds with bug 473534
