It would be nice to have status window instead of just status bar. That way the messages would be easier to spot, especially when doing several operations at once. Eudora had it, even the crummy OE has it. If not a real status window like those, it would be an improvement even a log window where user could scroll back to see messages that whizzed by on the status bar.
