47335 - Ad banner shows garbage while loading

While loading the banner image, sometimes (often) it shows garbage (often parts
of the mozilla controls) before the frame comes in and paints.  I'll attach a
jpg of the problem.

It seems to be dependant on what ad is being loaded - I was getting either one
of two lifeminders.com ad all the time - 1 caused it, the other didn't.  The
ad that caused the problem included this image:

Here's the HTML for the IFRAME.  Note that all the < and > are missing, because
Mozilla's View Frame Source command doesn't include them when you drag-select
the data.

I saw something similar with the following ad.  I suspect this may affect any
slow-loading iframe.

Looks similar to bug 47287. I wonder if they are the same thing ?

It might be the same, but I kinda doubt it.  This one doesn't leave the image
incorrect; the incorrect data is only shown until the real image loads (or loads
enough, or maybe animates).

This appears to have been fixed by the fix to bug 47237. Bug 47287 and bug 46646
are not duplicates nor are they related to this. Will re-check under FreeBSD,
where it was first reported.
Reassigning to myself in the meantime.
