475933 - Messed message encoding when forwarding from the main window

Message encoding is messed if it's forwarded without opening the message in separate [it's own] window.
In my case I've got message in KOI8-R and I tried to forward it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.receive message in KOI8-R (Cyrillic)
2.forward message without opening it in separate window
3.

Nothing could attach here an email example og this issue (use above "Add an attachment " link)

Could be a dupe of bug #507875?

Attachment: forward button clicked

Messes the characters when forward is clicked

Yup, it seems the same as 507875 as I see it.
On reply it's all OK. Messed only on forward.
