Details

We've seen a few users who think they'll get email feedback about their crash report by filling in this field. I believe it would be valuable to try and investigate how many users are frustrated by this assumption and if it would be worth a string change to be more clear. Perhaps include a note about support.
We just need to remove the email field (bug 472357).

hrm, in the mean time can we set up some auto-responder that emails people and explains?
It would be tough to make an auto-responder at this point, since we don't actually save the email address anywhere. Feel free to file a Webtools:Socorro bug on it, but it doesn't seem like a great use of time to me.
