After searching mails in my IMAP directory (don't know if bug is related to IMAP - but is my case) i sometimes don't delete the search text after having found a mail. When i then after a few hours delete the search text (filter) and switch to normal folder (disable filter) and got Mails during this time the scrolling button doesn't behave normal. When I drag the scrolling button to go from selected Mail (because of search) to top or buttom it moves just a little bit every time I klick and drag. I need about 50 klick and drags to get from top to buttom. Normaly i can drag scrolling button to top or buttom with one drag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do a search (enter filter word)
2. Don't touch thunderbird until having received new mail (via auto email check)
3. Delete the search (filter word)
4. Try to drag the scroll button of the mail liste window
Actual Results:  
drag button moves extremly slow (just a few mails higher or lower) no chance to scroll to top or button with one drag.

Expected Results:  
Beeing able to sroll from anywhere to top or buttom with one scroll button drag. (Behave as bevore)
