The bug 355789 caused a regression, where the position of an underline indicating accesskey is broken in main menu popup items (see the Shredder screenshot in attachment 338288 [details]). This is Vista only issue.
This patch uses the same fix as those used for FX (bug 355789) and TB (Bug 454973).
