Bug 423226 was the same bug for Firefox 2.0.0.x to remove the new files added on downgrade from Firefox 3.0.x

The new files are
uninstall\shortcuts_log.ini
modules\WindowDraggingUtils.jsm
modules\SpatialNavigation.js
modules\PlacesDBUtils.jsm
components\storage-mozStorage.js
components\nsPrivateBrowsingService.js
components\nsPlacesDBFlush.js
components\aboutSessionRestore.js
components\aboutPrivateBrowsing.js
components\aboutCertError.js

We do not need to remove the shortcuts_log.ini file

Drivers, this is the equivalent bug for 3.5 as bug 423226 which is for 3.0.x so we remove new files from 3.5 on downgrading to 3.0.x

bug 529401 is the equivalent "remove additional Firefox 3.6 files on downgrade" to 3.5.
