Right now, it is not possible in SeaMonkey to reach from:, to: etc. headers via the tab key and activate their context menus using the keyboard. Requesting to port relevant changes from Thunderbird or implement them SM-style for better keyboard accessibility.

The bulk of the work for Thunderbird was done in bug 364376.

Definitely wanted for 2.1 (still needs someone to do the actual work though) and if the patch is low enough risk can even discuss including it in a 2.0.x update (let's see an actual patch for trunk first though).

Attachment: make the email addresses tabbable in the header pane

The patch adds a -moz-focusring to mail-emailaddress. The outline-offset prevents an overflow when the emailaddress gets focus.

If you get the chance, please search/file/investigate:
* Modern text-link focusring should have an outline offset
* Suite themes should use :-moz-focusring where appropriate
* Feed web link field focusring should not use entire line
