This is an ongoing tracking bug to publish debugging aids for VC++ and Xcode.

I'll start with attaching an updated autoexp.dat for VC++. This files goes into x:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\Packages\Debugger, and it provides visualizers for MMgc::RCObject, AvmPlusScriptableObject, and String. Please feel free to add features, and to re-post this file here.
