Work in progress patch. This fixes the problem in the expanded header view, but not the collapsed one. As part of the fix, it also fixes a bug in createHeaderEntry() where the headers with useShortView set to false behaved differently than with useShortView unset. It also stop the header views from pretending that "from" can be multivalued.

This was fixed when the (more) mechanism got it's overhaul.
