480915 - the save all, detach all and delete all options are grayed out in both these versions

The three "all" options that appear in the context menu for addressing attachment options are all grayed out in versions 2.0.0.18 and 2.0.0.19.  SAVE ALL, DETACH ALL and DELETE ALL are all grayed out in these two new versions.  Since I rely on these options, I have had to reinstall 2.0.0.17 after each time your system has mandstorily updated me from 2.0.0.17 in which these options do work to 2.0.0.18 and 2.0.0.19 in which they are grayed out and do not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on an attachment icon
2.the menu that appears has the three options mentioned grayed out
3.
Actual Results:  
right click on an attachment icon

Expected Results:  
nothing

the options should not be grayed out and should work as they do in 2.0.0.17
