The yellow popup description are not removed in the appropriate context
see steps

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mozilla->task->mail-->new msg
2.minimize all the mozilla related windows but not the new mail
3.hoover mouse on attach to make the yellow popup appear
4.click attach, the yellow is still there
5.move the mouse up an without touching the yellow
6.open windows explorer and maximize it

Actual Results:  The yellow popup is still there

Expected Results:  It should vanish whenever the mouse leaves the scope of the
described item.
when cursor leaves the area or after any click

To get the effect in the picture
1.open mozilla->task->mail-->new msg
2.minimize all the mozilla related windows but not the new mail
3.hoover mouse on attach to make the yellow popup appear
4.click attach, the yellow is still there
5.drag the "enter file to attach dialog" out of the compose mail window area the 
close it
6.drag the compose mail window somwere else

It happens only if the the dialog appering when attach is clicked is appearing
on the same area of the attach button.
It will appear between the mail compers window and the yellow sticker
