4.Notice that the login component overlaps text.
5.Click on "Resources"
6.Notice that the login component overlaps text.
7.Click "Home"
8.Notice the "Community Highlight" section looks broken.

expected result:
Page layout is not broken in any browser
actual result:
1.Header tabs look chopped.
2.Login module overlaps on text in many pages.
3.sections look broken on homepage
