Links from external applications won't open if Minefield is open but all windows are closed. They will only work when a window displaying a website is open.

If no window is open, nothing happens. The link won't open up at all until I open a new window and then click the link again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all Minefield windows
2. Click a link in a program other than Minefield (Mail.app, IM convo, etc)
Actual Results:  
Absolutely nothing.

Expected Results:  
Window opens with clicked link.
