48228 - Customize Panel popup window can't be closed on MAC

M18 Self-Build from 8/7/00 morning on MAC:

- Open the "Customize Sidebar" window from the sidebar "Tab" popup 
menu
- Add the "Stocks" sidebar panel to your "My Sidebar" list of panels if it is 
not already there.  It can be found in the "Favorites" folder in the "Available 
Panels" column list.
- Click on the "Customize Panel" button.  This will popup a "Netscape 
Express Registration" window that you can will out to create a My 
Netscape account.  

Now here's the bug:
- On Mac, there is no way to close this window.  On windows you can 
simply click the "X" close button in the window-bar, but on mac that button 
does not exist.  This is a major bug, because now the window won't go 
away until you quit the app.  The window isn't even resizable on the Mac, 
which makes it even worse because it is a pretty large window.  The best 
solution would be for the window to be a regular Mac window with all three 
buttons (close on the left, maximize and minimize on the right) in the 
window's title bar.

this is the same problem as bug 43471 and partly bug 47310. Leaving this open 
for the time being. This is really a bad problem on mac as there is no way to 
close the Customize window at all.

I checked in a fix today. I added "dialog=no" to the window.open() parameters.

Reopening...the customzie panel window is still uncloseable on mac 
(2000090108m18). Customize panel dialog works fine...

I checked in a fix for this yesterday. I tried it out on today's mozilla build 
(9/8) and it works ok.
