Would like something similar to IRC /ignore for bugzilla - basically the ability to specify bugzilla logins whose actions will under no circumstances result in an email to me regardless of other email settings

It would be nice to be able to prevent bugzilla abusers from continuing to spam my email via bugzilla bugs. I think an ignore all actions by this user in determining when to send email feature is warranted.
