483094 - I am not able to add a new name to e-mail address book because the "New Card"does not show an "Add to" button. The card is so big I can'tsee the bottom, where the Add To button is.

I am not able to add new names to the e-mail address book because the "New Card" is so long I can't see the bottom where the "Add to" button is; therefore I can't highlight it with the mouse to initiate the adding of the entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the e-mail mode, compose, File, New, Address book
2.type name, e-address
3.not able to see the bottom of the 'NEW CARD' where the "Add To" button is/was?

Actual Results:  
The new name does not add to the address book. I am unable to resize the page to see the bottom, where the "Add To" button used to be, years ago.

Expected Results:  
I think this is sufficient description.

Some way, some how I need to add new names to the address book.
