actual behavior:
- you cannot scroll the scrollbar to the bottom (last addon affected)
- if you try, there's flickering
STR:
- run a 3.2a1pre labelled Fx
- install at least 8 extension what you know that are not compatible with 3.6a1pre
- update to 3.6a1pre
- get and see the dialog performed on upgrade check
