I'm having trouble to subscribe to nested (i.e. 2 levels or more below my inbox) folders on an MS Exchange 2007 server with IMAP support enabled. When clicking on my inbox, and selecting "Subscribe..." from the context menu, I can only subscribe to folders that lie directly below my inbox, but not to folders within these folders. There simply is no "+" displayed next to those "level one" folders, so I cannot expand their children to subscribe to them.
Also, when initially starting Thunderbird and selecting "Subscribe..." from the account's (not the inboxes) context menu *without* clicking once on my inbox first, I also see no folders to subscribe to at all.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Thunderbird 3 beta 2 on Windows XP.
2. Left-click on the inbox of an MS Exchange 2007 account.
3. Right-click on the inbox and select "Subscribe..." from the context menu.
4. Notice that you can only subscribe to folders that are no more than one level nested below the inbox.
Actual Results:
I was unable to subscribe to folders existing on the server because they were not displayed in the subscribe dialog.
Expected Results:
I would have expected the subscribe dialog to list all folders located on the IMAP server.

BTW, the same works for me in Thunderbird 2.0.0.21.
