I have 'fat' scrollbars, I've set them to 32px wide. When MSThemeCompatible is set to no, then scrollbars in the classic theme are used. 
However, Mozilla also makes the width of the scrollbars smaller, 16px, while I have set them to 32px wide. IE doesn't do this, so I don't think Mozilla should be doing this.
