I've no idea if SUMO should handle development builds but if yes, how does this sound? * Assign a developer brand to an official release, e.g. Shiretoko for Firefox 3.5 * Use content from latest available version for Minefield
Henrik, the part about Shiretoko doesn't seem true; loading http://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Clearing+Private+Data, using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090404 Shiretoko/3.5b4pre, I get "Mac OS" and "Firefox 3.5" selected.
Ok, you were on stage. Looks like there are unpublished changes. For now it still applies to the given URL. Your one is fine.
Support for 3.5 (and all its various flavors) is being pushed in sumo 1.0.1 tomorrow. See: bug 482347.

Yes, and even on stage I get presented the 3.0 content.
I can confirm Henrik's issue, but note that Shiretoko itself gives me 3.5 (on staging), so that seems fine. What we do about trunk, though, should be decided here; does it get 3.5? http://www.grabup.com/uploads/538d540dbf7a1c549ba9f19ecca0158d.png is what currently happens (selects 3.0).
Summary: Using Minefield or Shiretoko users don't see content for 3.5 but 3.0 → Using Minefield, users don't see content for 3.5 but 3.0
IMO trunk should always show the latest release content. The difference in features and changes are minimal in this way.

I got mid-air'd twice. 3.6 will default to 3.0 as 3.0 is the default for SHOWFOR and no detection exists for 3.6.

David, do we want to change that?
Yes, good point. 3.6 should also be part of 3.5.
