Just noticed this on a current trunk nightly. The resolution <select> beneath a Bugzilla comment form sometimes has a white background that overlaps the fuzzy blue focus ring of the comment field <textarea> above it.

The weird part is that it initially looks ok. But if you leave the comment area focused and move the mouse over the <select>, it will sometimes -- but not always -- draw over the focus ring. Oddly, it seems to happen upon mouseover when you move over the select from the left or right, but on mouseout when you move over the select from the top or bottom.

Hmm, the "Status" link next to the link causes the same problem. That's slightly less mysterious because the link color changes on hover, I do wonder why the <select> is repainting on mouseover, since I don't see anything changing except for this glitch.
