User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032608 Firefox/3.0.8
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090223 Thunderbird/3.0b2

If I have several addresses for one person, instead of picking the one most recently used, TB 3.0b picks the one *least* recently used, which is generally the wrong one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put in 3 different addresses for each of 5 people in your address book.
2. Send mail to each of them using address #3
3. Start typing one of their names. Address #1 or #2 will come up.
Actual Results:
An address I have not used in years is the default.

Expected Results:
The address I used most recently which matches the query string should be the default. This worked in 2.0.

This happens very consistently for me, but I'll admit I haven't tried a test setup on a clean install. The address book was imported from 2.0.
Sorry, that wasn't clear. I'm referring to the Mail Composition Window, in the "To" and "CC" fields.

I confirm this behavior persists in TB3.0b3.
Likely the same as Bug 497722.
