Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m17) Gecko/20000807 BuildID: 2000080712 The mail client reports that I have yet to read 1 of 12 messages in my inbox. However, reality dictates that my inbox contains 12 messages - all reporting the status 'Read'. Upon recieving a new email the mail client successful increments the number of unread messages as it also decrements the number of unread messages when I read the new email. Unfortunely I don't remember exactly how it began to do this. Reproducible: Didn't try Upon initial setup of the mail client it recieved about 15 messages from the server, including two with attachments and two set to high priority.
bug 32369 is about the same on linux. I reopened it - i still see the bug. This looks like a dup.

unable to reproduce this with 090110 mozilla win32 build. I've set op several new accounts on several profiles and can't reproduce. I even succeeded in crashing to see if it was not recording something after a crash and couldn't recreate this buggy behavior.
dup of 32369 "emails: Unread 1 Total 0" *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 32369 ***
