Is it possible that this is again timing out because the execution takes more than 30 seconds, like bug 478414?  roc: do you want me to split this even further?

I also think fixing bug 479352 would help a lot here...

Split the tests even further

This is a test-only patch which only refactors some tests to run in separate runs instead of in the same run altogether.  This is virtually low-risk, but could potentially eliminate some TUnit oranges on 1.9.1.  Requesting approval.
