Patch
Both URLs (with 2 und 3 in the blocklist URL) currently return the same as we do no block any plugins (yet). See https://addons.mozilla.org/blocklist/3/{92650c4d-4b8e-4d2a-b7eb-24ecf4f6b63a}/2.0a3/SeaMonkey/20090223/WINNT_x86-msvc/en-US/release/Windows_NT 6.0/default/default/ for an example URL.
