Upgraded to Thunderbird 3 beta 2 and it crashes reliably on startup (Windows XP). I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still fails

Thanks.. I managed to find the nightly build (I had not thought to look under the "latest-trunk" diretory) and installed it and it no longer fails.
