When Headers>All mode is turned on, the window does not have left/right and up/down scroll to view large headers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail message
2.activate View>Headers>All
3.
Actual Results:
Only the portion of the headers visible in the window can be viewed. No up/down, left/right scroll bars available.
Expected Results:
If the header is larger than the viewing area, scroll bars should be available.
