User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_6; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.27.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.2.1 Safari/525.27.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090223 Thunderbird/3.0b2 When creating an email it would be extremely useful to see what size the attachments are that are added to the message as well as the total size of attachments at the bottom of the list. I have received requests from a number of users for this very feature since we have recently migrated from MS Entourage to Thunderbird. When adding multiple attachments the users like to keep track of how big the message has become since they know that certain recipients that they send to have email servers which place limits on the size of emails that they will receive. This feature is present in tis basic form in Entourage, however it still requires that the users add up the sizes themselves. I will endeavour to provide a screenshot of Thunderbird and Entourage to show the difference. If this is decided that it will clutter up the email write window please consider adding this as an optional column that by setting a preference will either be shown or not. It is my belief however that many people will see the benefit of this and consider using it all the time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enhancement request, n/a. 2. 3.
