Shredder ignores the rss feed settings and only loads the summary in the rss, even if the load site instead is checked for the feed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a feed
2.Check that you want it to load the pages not the rss summary
3.Check out the preview panel and see the rss summary, double click in the top panel and see your preference in the new window.



setting 'rss.show.summary' to '0' and pages load but the feed specific settings are overridden
