Using 2000-08-16-08 commercial build on NT

1. Bring up a compose window
2. Type in a couple recipients, one line per recipient
3. Click on the icon to the left of the email address

Expected: the row to be selected, as 4.x does
Actual: nothing happens
Add 4xp and polish keywords
Keywords: 4xp, polish

We remove this feature because the tree widget something failed to unselect row
or display unselected row as selected making this very confusing for the user.
