Steps:
1) Open a blank document
2) Type some text
3) From the file menu, choose close
4) Get Save dialog, but not sure what to choose

Actual Results: Save dialog does not have an option "Do Not Save!".  I did not
want to save this document that I was created and could not close the window.

Expected Results: 3 options on Save dialog: Save, Do not save, cancel.

Build Date/Platform: Win98 using 2000081608
Nominating for nsbeta3 since this bugs create a situation where you can not
quite Seamonkey even after hitting the "Exit" button in another window without
saving the document.
