We need to update shipped-locales and l10n-changesets for Firefox 3.5 RC 1.

Nope, Axel will take care of it based on the opt-in emails through l10n newsgroups.

This is the shipped-locales that we should take. I'll attach a corresponding l10n-changesets, that might have more flux still, though.

Both contain a list of tentative locales, for which I need to get an opt-in confirmed still: eo, gl, oc, ml. Gonna reach out to those teams by email shortly.

builds on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/3.5b99-candidates/build1/mac/ and ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/3.5b99-candidates/build1/linux-i686/ reflect all the locales on this list.  However since we are respinning another build and waiting for signed window bits still, i'll come back and sign off this bug when those are done.

I know that's rude, but I'm willing to take changes for RC 1 again. There is action for Mongolian at this point, so depending on the timing of the actual RC1, I might try to get a change to both shipped-locales and l10n-changesets.
