Following up on l10n-changesets and shipped-locales in bug 493637, we'll need to update product-details.

Tentatively adding es-MX, eo, gl, ml, oc to the builds in bug 493637, waiting to get those locales to confirm opt-in.

Some locales will need to get in as Beta, we'll follow up with a concrete list.

There are going to be new locales, so we'll need to not only update product details, but localeDetails.class.php, too.

after talking with Stas, there is a one line change to the patch, 'cy' is a beta locale for 3.0 but is not a beta locale for 3.5RC1.

here is the updated patch removing the LATEST_FIREFOX_DEVEL_VERSION array item for 'cy' in the beta-locales section.
