Please update tutorial intro with the following information:

1. 3-5 bullets of "need to know" tips when creating a personas. these bullets can link to other parts of the tutorial in case the user needs more information.

2. steps on how to preview by creating a local persona (draft language below -- feel free to modify)

If you want to preview a design on your own computer before submitting to the public gallery, please follow these steps:

1. If you have Personas installed, click on the little fox on the bottom left of your computer screen.
2. Click on "Preferences" and ensure the box "Show Custom Persona in Menu" is checked and close the box. 
3. Click on the little fox again. Mouse over "Custom" in the menu and to the right find and click "Edit". 
This will take you to a custom persona interface that will let you design any persona you like for your own computer.

PSD mime type wasn't updated on sm-weave. The fix for this had already been pushed to personas.services and getpersonas in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494879

URL was bad, should be Persona_Header_Template.psd
