1.11 - Top tags page
The top tags page is a tag cloud of the most frequently used tags in AMO.  These tags will be ordered by popularity by default and the size of the tag's font will represent its popularity (could also use color).  These tags can also be ordered alphabetically and the user's sorting preference for viewing this page will be stored in a cookie.

This bug involves the HTML/CSS/jQuery portion of this task.

I don't think that has anything to do with the UI of the top tags page?  If this is fixed is there a URL to the top tags page?  The controller method exists...

But on preview I don't see the correct stuff. I think perhaps this got lost during the commit, but luckily I kept the webmocha branch instead of doing an svn switch.

I'm attaching the correct code for the Top Tags page (views/tags/top and main_mozilla.css) as a patch to the bug.

I've also gone ahead and added a new route so you can access the top tags like so:
addons.etc/top-tags

And I've added some localization as well
